Important Update for USA Customers (Effective May 2, 2025)

Update on Apr 27th 2025.

Due to recent changes in tariffs, we’ve been working closely with our shipping partners to find solutions. The current result isn’t too bad — we are able to continue shipping to the USA!

However, starting May 2, 2025, please note the following updates:

Shipping Time: Please expect an additional 1–2 days on top of the original estimated arrival time as the shipping provider may need more time at customs clearance stage.

Shipping Fee: Free shipping over $49 is no longer available for US orders. Instead, a $9.90 flat rate shipping fee will apply to all US parcels.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We provide world-wide shipping service.

How long does it take to get my order?

The total waiting time = order processing time + shipping time.

For all orders, typically it takes 3-5 business days to process your order.

Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-3 weeks shipping days.

Why do I receive separate parcels for my order?

Tea and tea ware are different category of goods, and requires different international shipping supplier for shipment.

When tea and tea wares are purchased in one order. You are likely to receive separate parcels.

Also when processing large orders, in order to gurantee the safety of your items, your order is likely to be shipped in seperate parcels.

You will be emailed with tracking numbers to the parcels.
